This page describes how to manage the site in relation to the processing of personal data of users who use it. The venue of the processing connected to the web services of this site, is the above mentioned head-office. The processing is supervised by technicians only, and occasionally by possible appointees, during maintenance operations.

None of the data deriving from the inscription to web-services is disclosed to third parties, members of our organization excepted. Personal data furnished by the users who request the transmission of informative material (newsletter, answers to questions, opinions, acts) are utilized in order to execute the request only.

 

TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation data.

The IT systems and software used to power this website gather, as part of their normal workings, some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communications protocols. This information is not gathered for the purposes of being correlated with the relevant identified user; but such information could by its very nature be employed to identify users through specific procedures and correlation with data held by third parties. This data includes IP addresses and domain names of computers use to connect to the site, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, date and time of the request, the method used to forward the request to the server, the size of the files obtained in return, the numeric server response status codes (“OK”, “error”, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the IT environment of the user. Navigation data is used to gather anonymous statistical data on site use and to monitor the correct working of the site. The data could also be used to identify guilty parties in hypothetical cases of unlawful computer activities against this site.

 

Data provided spontaneously by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary posting of e-mail messages to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, required in order to answer the requests, together with any other personal data included in the message.

 

COOKIES

The session c.d. cookies used on this site avoid having to resort to using other information technology techniques that could potentially prejudice the confidentiality of the users navigation and do not permit the acquisition of the users personal identification data.

 

OPTIONAL DATA

Apart from that specified for the web surfing data, the user is free to provide any personal data contained in the application forms to the company or indicated in contacts with our office to request information material or for other communication purposes. Their absence may make it impossible to fulfill the request.

 

USE

Personal data is processed automatically only for the necessary time and is only used for the aims for which they were acquired. Specific safety measures have been observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.

 

DATA SUBJECT’S RIGHTS

The parties to whom the personal data refer may at any time request confirmation that their data is being held, be notified of the contents of such data and their origin, verify whether it is accurate or request that it be completed, updated or corrected, (art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the Data Protection Code). In accordance with this same article, the data subject is entitled to request that the data be deleted or be made anonymous or demand that data held in violation of law be blocked, and such parties may also object, for legitimate reasons, to the data being processed.
